Job Description

We are looking for a Internal Communications Executive to support internal communications and organizational change initiatives. The role will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that help employees and stakeholders understand, embrace and adopt business, process and technology changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns to support business transformation, process standardization and organizational change initiatives.
• Create clear and engaging communication materials to explain what is changing, why it matters and how stakeholders may be impacted.
• Develop multimedia content including videos, presentations, newsletters, infographics, animations and digital communication materials.
• Apply storytelling and visual communication techniques to simplify complex business and technology topics.
• Manage communication content, calendars and publishing schedules across multiple communication channels.
• Work closely with business leaders, project teams, subject matter experts and change practitioners to align communication and engagement strategies.
• Develop targeted messages for different stakeholder groups and support leadership communications, town halls, roadshows and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor communication effectiveness, engagement and adoption metrics, and use feedback and audience insights to improve future communication strategies.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to enhance content creation and communication experiences.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Journalism or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, employee engagement, change management, digital media or marketing communications.
• Experience in developing and executing communication campaigns and multimedia content.
• Experience in video content creation, visual storytelling and development of communication materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively to different stakeholder groups.
• Proficient in digital content creation and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled communication and content creation technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communication activities and stakeholders.
