Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead our technology operations, oversee cloud and security infrastructure, and build a new IT team. This role requires both strategic leadership and the willingness to roll up sleeves to provide daily IT support across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud services to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee DigiVault systems with strict data security, compliance, and access control.
• Drive cyber security initiatives, policies, and incident response readiness.
• Develop, document, and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide hands‑on IT support across Levels 1–3, resolving daily technical issue
• Build, mentor, and lead a new IT team to support organizational growth.
• Balance strategic leadership with willingness to “get hands dirty” in everyday IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, cloud services, and cyber security.
• Strong knowledge of DigiVault or similar secure storage systems
  Demonstrated ability to write and implement SOPs.
• Hands‑on experience providing IT support across multiple levels.
• Leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams
