Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Manage all theCompany's digital assets and infrastructure - office computers, laptops,networks, mobile devices, emails, databases, and content management systems — ensuring 24x7 availability, security, daily backups, and proactive defence against cyber threats across all jurisdictions the Company operates in;
  • Lead the evaluation,deployment, and governance of AI platforms across the organisation (ChatGPTEnterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and others), establishinginternal usage policies and helping research, editorial, marketing, and salesteams adopt AI tools securely and productively;
  • Administer theCompany's cloud and SaaS stack (Microsoft 365, Zoom, CRM, hosting, cloudstorage), including identity management, MFA, SSO, license optimisation, anduser lifecycle across all offices;
  • Identify and deliverautomation opportunities across departments using workflow tools (Zapier, Make,Power Automate)  and manage technology projects and third-party vendorcontracts to ensure SLAs, budgets, and outcomes are met;
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to ~60 colleagues across multiple offices and time zones, while supporting the office manager with basic upkeep of alarm systems,  recording equipment, and routers.

Core Skills

Based on the above qualifications, the Core Skills required for this job are as follows:-

  • AI literacy and platform fluency — hands-on experience deploying and governing AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants, AI-enabled SaaS), with a working understanding of prompt engineering, model limitations, and responsible-use frameworks;
  • Cloud, SaaS, and security administration — practical skills with Microsoft 365 identity providers (Entra ID), at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP), endpoint security, MFA, and modern incident response basics.
  • Automation and integration mindset — ability to design no-code/low-code workflows and write basic scripts (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell) to connect systems via APIs and reduce manual effort.
  • Able to balance day-to-day operations, manage third-party contractors and in-house developers, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Documentation, enablement, and teamwork — strong written and verbal communication, ability to produce SOPs and knowledge-base articles, run training sessions for non-technical colleagues, and dependably support a globally distributed team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-
We will measure you on the following KPIs based on the job you will be doing everyday :-

  • Daily support of your colleagues for their everyday IT installation, networking, inventory control and trouble-shooting needs;
  • Managing all IT-based third-party relationships to ensure they meet their contractual obligations on a continuing basis;
  • Managing new development work to introduce bespoke applications to meeting the Company’s growing needs;
  • Ensure the Security of all websites, databases, physical NAS, firewalls and physical premises by investing in regular upgrades, testing against hack attempts and conducting forensics on attempts to hack the systems.
  • Contributing to the overall goodwill and reputation of the Company, and its growth as a leading player in the market.

Job Qualifications

We believe that the following are the qualifications that you should have in applying for this job:-

  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Bachelor's or Polytechnic Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field;
  • Proven work experience and have at least 3-5 years of working experience in IT Operations support;
  • Strong project management skills, able to balance day-to-day operations with development tasks, work independently, take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes in a timely manner;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
