Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead our technology operations, oversee cloud and security infrastructure, and build a new IT team. This role requires both strategic leadership and the willingness to roll up sleeves to provide daily IT support across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise cyber security strategy — lead initiatives, policies, and incident response readiness to safeguard organizational assets.
• Oversee DigiVault systems with uncompromising data security, compliance, and access control.
• Develop and enforce IT SOPs to standardize secure practices across infrastructure and operations.
• Deliver multi‑tier IT support (Levels 1–3) ensuring resilience while embedding security in daily issue resolution.
• Build, mentor, and lead a new IT team with a strong cyber security culture to support organizational growth.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, reinforcing reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while prioritizing security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, cloud services, and cyber security.
• Strong knowledge of DigiVault or similar secure storage systems
  Demonstrated ability to write and implement SOPs.
• Hands‑on experience providing IT support across multiple levels.
• Leadership skills with experience building and mentoring teams
