Job Description

• Work closely with the Creative Director on concept and design development
• Prepare interior design drawings, including 2D furniture plans and elevations
• Develop and prepare schedules of finishes, including specifications and pricing
• Develop and prepare material sourcing proposals
• Procurement and project coordination, including obtaining quotations and supplier liaison
• Project coordination with contractors on schedules & drawings

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in residential interior design
• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail, proportion, and materiality
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; Mandarin language proficiency to communicate withMandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage
• High level of accountability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
