Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for Java/J2EE applications.

• Perform troubleshooting and support using Unix commands and SQL queries.

• Support web applications and batch jobs.

• Work with technologies including JBOSS, MariaDB, SQL and Shell scripting.

• Perform job scheduling and MQ setup.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure SLAs are met without compromising work quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an application/production support role. Developers with good knowledge of Java, Unix and SQL who are willing to learn may also be considered.
