EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 2 TO 3 YEARS IN SINGAPORE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

WORKING HOURS 8AM – 6PM (IF URGENT SATURDAY MIGHT NEED WORK HALF DAY)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

1. ASSIST SENIOR QS IN DAILY QS AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

2. PREPARE PROGRESS CLAIMS, PAYMENT RESPONSES, AND VARIATION ORDES(VO)

3. CARRY OUT QUAMTITY TAKE-OFF, MEASUREMENT, AND BASIC COSTING

4. ASSIST IN BUDGETING AND COST CONTROL

5. CHECK SUBCONTRACTOR CLAIMS AND QUOTATIONS

6. LIAISE WITH SITE TEAM AND SUBCONTRACTORS

7. ASSIST IN TENDER PREPARATION AND PROCUREMENT

8. MAINTAIN PROPER DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTS

9. PERFORM OTHERS WORKS RELATED TO QS

REQUIREMENTS:

DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING OR RELATED FIELD

2-3 YEARS QS EXPERIENCE IN SINGAPORE

BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CONTRACTS AND CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES

PROFICIENT IN MS EXCEL
