JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Draft physical contracts based on deals
- Review contracts from counterparties
- Advice any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
- Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- For Contracts Administrator/Specialist- Minimum 2 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Base Metals/Concentrates/Coal/Iron Ore/Oil
- For Senior Contracts Administrator/Specialist- Minimum 4 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Base Metals/Concentrates/Coal/Iron Ore/Oil
- Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
