Job Profile and Requirements:

·        Prepare and manage quotations, RFQs, and commercial proposals while ensuring pricing accuracy and timely customer responses.

·        Coordinate end-to-end order processing, including order booking, delivery follow-up, shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer communication.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

·        Collaborate with sales, factories, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth project execution.

·        Support reporting, compliance requirements, trade documentation, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) for this Role:

·        Quote Turnaround Time : Average time taken from RFQ receipt to official proposal submission.

·        Order Booking Accuracy: Percentage of orders booked without documentation errors or with minimal financial revisions.

Quote Conversion Rate:

Percentage of issued quotes that result in a confirmed Purchase Order.

Skills/Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Order Management, Commercial Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions of IT hardware preferably.
• Experience in quotation preparation, order processing, customer coordination, and documentation management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
