Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account plans to grow and retain key customer accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom / IT solutions.
• Present clear and compelling value propositions to support business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and follow-ups effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in any discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of sales or account management experience in the telecom, IT, or related industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
