*Working Hours:* Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm (No OT)

*Salary:* Up to S$3,000 basic/month

*Job Scope:*

* Process purchase requisitions and create Purchase Orders (POs)

* Liaise with vendors on quotations, pricing, product availability and delivery schedules.

* Compare quotations with previous purchase records and update price lists when required.

* Support new vendor onboarding

* Assist with quarterly stock take, provide backup support for team members, and handle ad-hoc administrative duties.
