Location: UBI TECHPARK

Key Responsibilities:

Provide backend support to live hosts during live streaming sessions

Assist in setting up, monitoring and ensuring smooth operations during live sessions

Perform basic photo and video editing tasks (or be willing to learn)

Ensure all technical and administrative needs are met for live streams

General administrative support to the team

Handle quality checks (QC) and packing of stocks

Reply to customer enquiries across various platforms

Provide support to live admins and ensure operations run smoothly

General office administrative duties

Requirements:

Basic computer skills

Basic photo/video editing skills (for Live Admin role), or willingness to learn

Responsible, proactive and able to work independently

Good communication skills

Team player with a positive working attitude
