About This Role:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Live Streaming Training Manager to lead our live streaming team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the live streaming capabilities of our creators, improve content quality, and maximize engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive training modules for live streaming talents covering content creation, technical skills, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.

- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to improve team performance.

- Monitor live streaming performances, provide feedback, and implement strategies to optimize results.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training with business objectives.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.

- Track and analyze training outcomes, continuously refining training programs for effectiveness.

- Foster a positive learning environment, motivate talents, and promote team development.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in live streaming or digital content creation, preferably in a managerial or training role.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to design engaging training programs and coaching strategies.

- Good analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and improve content.
