We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: South-West
Salary: $35 / $40 / $45 per hour (Depending on Relevant Experience)
Contract Duration: 3 Months
Working Days & Hours: Monday–Friday, Office Hours
Commitment: Minimum 2–2.5 Days Per Week

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical pharmacy services in an outpatient polyclinic setting.

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate medication use.

• Dispense medications accurately and provide medication counselling to patients.

• Advise patients on medication dosage, usage, side effects and precautions.

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.

• Identify and resolve medication-related issues to ensure patient safety.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.

• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.

• Support pharmacy service improvements and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent recognised qualification.

• Valid Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) registration and practising certificate.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmacy experience.

• Prior experience in hospital, polyclinic or outpatient pharmacy settings would be advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of medication dispensing, prescription review and patient counselling.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to commit to 2–2.5 weekdays per week for 3 months.
