Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly rehab reports, maintain records, and compile patient/visit data from systems .
  • Handle quotations, billing, invoicing, payment vouchers, and QR/paynow processes.
  • Liaise with vendors, manage movement calendar, and support facility/admin operations.
  • Answer calls, assist with rehab-related tasks, and support day-to-day office needs.
  • Use internal systems and manage documentation, scanning, and records.

Job Requirements:

  • Min N/O level and above 
  • Prior finance/ accounting experience
