  • Position: Logistics Executive – Import/Export & Trade Documentation.

  • Location: Cecil Street (Two- to three-minute walk from Telok Ayer MRT)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$4,500 monthly basic salary + Variable Bonus of approximately three months + Medical and Dental Benefits

  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customer and supplier orders from purchase order through final delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, carriers and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution.

  • Arrange sea, air and land shipments, including cross-trade and transshipment movements where required.

  • Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, customs permits, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, insurance documents and Letter of Credit documentation.

  • Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure that trade documents comply with contractual, banking, customs and regulatory requirements.

  • Follow up on document discrepancies, shipment delays and operational issues.

  • Maintain complete and organised shipping and trade records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Two to four years of directly relevant experience in international trading, import/export, cross-trade, transshipment or shipping documentation.

  • Strong working knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping practices and Trade finance terms, including Letter of Credit documentation against Acceptance and Documents against Payment.

  • Familiarity with freight bookings, customs clearance procedures and coordination with carriers, shipping agents and freight forwarders.
