Job Description

• Position Title: Logistics & Port Operations Supervisor
• Working Location: Jurong
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower and equipment effectively to ensure the smooth discharging of construction aggregates from vessels and barges.
• Oversee daily operations involving the arrival and departure of vessels and barges.
• Coordinate with port authorities to ensure smooth communication and operations.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on vessel and barge activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory to ensure sufficient goods are available for customer deliveries.
• Coordinate with truck teams to ensure company goods are delivered promptly.
• Ensure workplace safety requirements are followed.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for deployment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
