We are looking for logistics professionals to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management and distribution within a dynamic F&B environment. Drive operational efficiency, optimise costs and ensure smooth deliveries across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics, warehouse operations, order fulfilment and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate with central kitchen teams, outlets, suppliers, warehouse providers and other stakeholders.
• Optimise delivery routes, stock movement and order processing to improve efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, resolve stock discrepancies and monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Analyse operational KPIs, delivery performance and logistics costs to identify improvements.
• Implement SOPs and process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Resolve transportation, import/export and delivery-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards and workplace safety requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop the logistics team, where applicable.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain operations.
• F&B, central kitchen or multi-outlet distribution experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and supervisory experience for Senior Manager candidates.
