Luxury Retail Store Manager (Fashion/ Central Area/ New Luxury Boutique Opening)


Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the reopening and operations of our flagship boutique opening in Q3 2026. The Store Manager will lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service and oversee team management, store profitability, inventory control, and ensure the store operates in line with brand standards.

Responsibility:

  • Drive sales growth and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and strong business results.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor store expenses, manpower planning, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure accurate stock management, proper stock transfers, and minimize stock loss.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, grooming, health, safety, and security compliance.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Prepare reports and work closely with management to support business growth and store performance.


Requirement:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or store management role within the retail industry, , preferably within the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong capabilities in store operations, sales & customer service, team management, and staff training
  • Dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and retail systems (Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.)
  • Able to commit to retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Confident in communicating in English (role involves collaboration with regional stakeholders).
