  • Manages shipping documentation, system transactions, permits, daily delivery schedules and

  • coordinate with delivery and forwarder for all shipments including export activities

  • Coordinate with internal customers to ensure on time delivery to customers

  • Liaise with forwarders for collection and ensure documents are in proper order

  • Handles discrepancies, trade net issues, physical count adjustments, and urgent shipments

  • Ensure proper filing and billing updates 

Requirements:

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration and Logistic

  • Good communication and co-ordination skill

  • Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in MS Office application
