Position Overview

We are inviting motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainee (Fencing & Character Development) — a structured program designed to build future leaders in both sports education and business management.

This is not just a coaching job. You’ll be part of a leadership development pathway that combines hands-on coaching, program operations, and team management. Through mentoring and structured training, you’ll learn to manage classes, events, and club operations — preparing you for future leadership roles within the organization.

No fencing experience is required — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your passion, humility, and drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver life skills and character development lessons through fencing to children and youth.
• Lead by example as a positive role model and mentor to students.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and development.
• Establish rapport and communicate regularly with parents.
• Build positive relationships with teammates through regular communication.
• Contribute ideas to improve programs and overall club operations.
• Assist with day-to-day club operations, including retail and membership matters.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and youth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Knowledge in sports science or management, fitness or early childhood or a strong interest and plan to pursue these areas as your next career move if you’re from a different field.
• Hardworking, humble, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs of all educational backgrounds. WSQ graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
