We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Changi (Onsite)
Department: Manufacturing Engineering – Sterilization, Resilia & Packaging
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)

Job Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing automation, digitalisation and process improvement projects.

• Design and improve manufacturing equipment, tools, fixtures and production processes.

• Develop software solutions and provide technical support for coding and automation projects.

• Assist in gathering validation data, conducting engineering tests and preparing technical reports.

• Apply programming tools such as Python, Power BI and other languages to improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Support troubleshooting of automated equipment and implementation of new technologies.

• Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve operational performance.

• Explore AI, robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies for manufacturing applications.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related scientific discipline.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, automation, digitalisation or software development is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Python, Power BI or other programming languages.

• Knowledge of C# or C programming would be an advantage.

• Understanding of automated equipment, robotics, industrial automation or equipment troubleshooting is preferred.

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing projects would be beneficial.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
