Responsibilities:
• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock counts, reconciliation and ERP updates.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain smooth logistics flow.
• Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Enforce workplace safety, SOPs, ISO standards and 5S practices.
• Monitor warehouse efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and support ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience with supervisory exposure
• Valid Forklift Operator License support operational tasks if required
• Experience in inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, and freight coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
