• Position: Marine Sales Executive

• Location: Jurong East

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS (1-Month) + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective marine customers.

• Conduct regular customer visits and identify after-sales opportunities for spare parts, repairs, maintenance, servicing and upgrades.

• Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities within the marine sector.

• Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and supporting sales documentation.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.

• Manage sales enquiries from initial contact through order confirmation and job completion.

• Provide professional after-sales support and maintain regular customer communication.

• Monitor vessel schedules, dry-docking activities, repair requirements and upcoming maintenance opportunities.

• Coordinate with Service, Procurement and Operations teams to support timely execution of customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the after-sales business.

• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines and activity reports.

• Monitor relevant market developments and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales or a related discipline.

• At least two years of relevant experience in sales, after-sales, marine services, spare parts, ship repair, maintenance or a related B2B environment.

• Experience in the marine, shipbuilding or maritime industry would be advantageous.

• Good understanding of marine customers, vessel maintenance cycles or after-sales requirements would be advantageous.

• Able to handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-up and new-business development independently.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-relationship management skills.

• Commercially driven and comfortable working towards sales targets.
