• Position Title: Marketing Executive
• Working Location: Ayer Rajah (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8.30am – 6pm); Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure consistent corporate branding across all marketing and corporate materials to maintain a strong brand identity.
• Organize and participate in events such as seminars, trade shows, and networking sessions.
• Perform market research to track trends, brand awareness, and competitors’ activity.
• Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Manage and regularly update the company’s website content.
• Provide the sales team with up-to-date product information.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and marketing agencies.
• Collaborate with country managers, sales teams, principals, and government agencies.

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within a B2B setting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Software skills in Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, and Google Analytics are a plus.
