Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Support marketing campaigns through performance tracking, reporting, and analysis
Generate insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular management reports
Support lead generation and marketing initiatives through data analysis and market insights
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting processes
Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives where applicable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
4–7 years of experience in business planning, commercial analysis, sales operations, marketing analytics, or related functions
Experience in dashboard reporting, business analysis, or performance tracking
Proficient in Excel and Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to CRM systems, SAP, or Power Automate will be advantageous
Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, electronics, or B2B industries is preferred
