The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to join us for a focused 3-month engagement. You'll lead a campaign to showcase our latest award win and the past year's business milestones to both trade (B2B) and consumer (B2C) audiences, driving wider public visibility through social media, LinkedIn, PR outreach, and our company website.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3-month social media and LinkedIn campaign celebrating our 2026 international design award win and recent company achievements
• Expand brand reach beyond existing followers — identify and engage new audiences, publications, industry groups, and communities to generate wider publicity
• Pursue PR opportunities (media features, design/industry blogs, press releases) to amplify the award announcement to a broader public
• Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with both B2B buyers (architects, interior designers, retailers) and B2C consumers
• Produce and manage content calendars, posts, and creative assets across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Update and refresh the company website with the latest award news, achievements, and supporting content (news/press page, product highlights, case studies)
• Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with campaign messaging
• Translate technical/design achievements into engaging, accessible storytelling
• Track engagement and traffic metrics (social + website) and adjust strategy to maximize visibility and reach
• Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with brand positioning and business goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, ideally in design, lighting, home/retail, or a related creative industry
• Strong creative instincts paired with business acumen — able to balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to market to both B2B and B2C audiences
• Hands-on experience creating and managing content for LinkedIn and other social platforms (copywriting, basic design/content tools, scheduling)
• Comfortable updating and maintaining a website (basic CMS skills — e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar; HTML a plus but not required)
• Experience with PR/outreach or media relations is a strong advantage
• Self-starter who can execute independently within a short timeframe

• Duration: 3 months, full-time
