Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage services including foot reflexology, head, neck, shoulder, and relaxation body massages to enhance client wellness
• Communicate politely with clients to explain treatment options and ensure satisfaction, encouraging repeat visits and positive feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas between sessions to uphold high spa standards
• Manage personal work schedule effectively using a first-come-first-served roster reservation system
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment by multitasking while demonstrating patience and responsibility

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1-year proven experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in body and foot reflexology wellness services
• Ability to communicate in basic English, Malay, or Mandarin to explain treatment options to clients speaking those languages
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Certificate in ITEC, CIBTAC, NITEC-ITE, NSRC-WSQ, or CIDESCO (preferred)

Other Information

Working Hours

• 10am – 6pm / 12pm – 8pm / 2pm - 10.30pm shifts (44-hours workweek)
• 8 hours per day, 6 days per week (1-hour staggered lunch)
