📦 Hiring: Materials / Warehouse Assistant. Basic up to $2650!

Are you organised, hands-on and experienced in inventory or warehouse operations? Join our team and play an important role in ensuring materials are properly received, stored and supplied to support daily production operations!

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Organise and store materials in designated locations according to FIFO/FEFO requirements and storage specifications.

• Issue raw materials, packaging materials and consumables based on production and order requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and promptly report low stock, shortages or material issues.

• Perform regular cycle counts and stock takes to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials and stock variances.

• Support daily warehouse, inventory and production operations to ensure materials are available when required.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure materials are handled and stored safely.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment will be an added advantage.

• Comfortable working odd or rotating shift hours.

• Experience handling raw materials, inventory control and production support is preferred.
