Main duties & and responsibilities

• Deliver and execute a MOE-aligned, data-driven curriculum to ensure strong student learning outcomes and academic excellence.
• Utilise a proprietary learning analytics platform to track, monitor and analyse student performance assessment results and learning progress.
• Conduct student assessments, quizzes and progress tracking, using data insights to identify learning gaps and improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong student and parent communication, providing regular updates on academic progress and development plans.
• Support curriculum planning, content enhancement and teaching material development to improve learning effectiveness.
• Handle necessary academic administration, class documentation and reporting responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the teaching team through lesson planning, meetings and peer teaching coverage when required.
• Exposure to education technology (EdTech), student analytics and outcome-driven teaching methodologies will be an advantage.

The Talent

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred local universities: NUS / NTU / SMU / SUTD) or equivalent qualification in Mathematics / Education / related discipline.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore Primary School Mathematics Curriculum (MOE syllabus) and assessment standards.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching / tutoring experience in Primary Math or related academic instruction roles.
