Job Description
- Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and precision parts
- Create 2D and 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications
- Support projects from concept development through production implementation
- Build and test prototypes, analyze results and improve designs
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement teams
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical support for existing products and resolve production issues
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and project records
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor or precision manufacturing industry
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and semiconductor processes
- Experience with precision component and tooling design
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturability and quality standards
