Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Medical Sales Representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Drive sales growth across pharmaceutical skincare, oral health and wellness product portfolios.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base across doctors, clinics and healthcare providers.

• Conduct regular field coaching and joint customer visits to strengthen the team’s selling, negotiation and account management capabilities.

• Monitor individual and team sales performance, territory coverage and KPIs, and implement actions to address performance gaps.

• Develop existing accounts through effective account planning, relationship management and increased product adoption.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, clinic owners and key decision-makers.

• Guide the team in planning and executing customer engagement activities to support product awareness and sales growth.

• Lead and support participation in medical workshops, conferences, product launches and customer events.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify new commercial opportunities.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and other internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline.

• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, skincare, dermatology, oral care or wellness product sales.

• Prior experience leading, coaching or managing a sales team is preferred.

• Strong field sales leadership with the ability to coach and develop Medical Sales Representatives.

• Good understanding of territory management, sales KPIs, pipeline development and account planning.

• Strong commercial acumen with good negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
