Membership Specialist – B2B Sales / Business Development

📄 Contract: 2-Year Contract | Potential extension based on performance
🕘 Working Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm OR 9:00am–6:00pm
🏠 Work Arrangement: 1 WFH day per week, subject to HOD approval

We are looking for a Membership Specialist to drive the growth of the organisation's corporate membership base. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging corporate decision-makers and converting prospects into members.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full membership recruitment cycle, from prospecting and initial engagement through to conversion and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong B2B sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, networking and industry events.

• Identify and engage potential corporate members, including HR leaders, senior management and key decision-makers.

• Conduct sales presentations and communicate the value and benefits of membership to prospective clients.

• Drive membership acquisition and consistently work towards sales and KPI targets.

⭐ What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• Relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Engagement or Account Management.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.

• Strong prospecting and sales mindset, with confidence in conducting cold calls and outreach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and senior HR stakeholders.
