Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving company brand.com ecommerce sales
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategy and ensure profitability of company brand.com
• Attend to all customers' online sales enquiries and feedback
• Work with marketing team on marketing campaigns & promotions
• Develop and implement ecommerce online campaigns to drive sales conversion
• Ensure smooth customer buying journey online
• Work with logistics department to ensure smooth operations in terms of order fulfillment and order delivery
• To monitor performance analysis and webpage enhancement
• Gather and review insights, best practices, new social selling initiatives, etc.
• Assist in developing and improving SOPs
• Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor or Diploma in Marketing/ Digital Marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 year of e-commerce operations experience, preferably from FMCG industry background
• Prior experience in managing brand.com e-commerce operations will be ideal
