Multi Asset Product Manager (Private Banking)

Our client, a well established bank is seeking an experienced Multi-Asset Product Manager to support product execution, platform management, and end-to-end implementation across investment products for their private banking arm. The role will work closely with Front Office, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure efficient execution, governance, and lifecycle management across multi-asset offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution and implementation of investment products across asset classes including Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Equities, Funds, and Alternatives
• Coordinate product launches, approvals, onboarding, and post-launch monitoring processes
• Ensure smooth execution workflow between Front Office, Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams
• Support product governance frameworks including suitability reviews, pricing controls, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, MAS regulations, and private banking control standards
• Participate in product reviews, audits, remediation exercises, and control enhancement initiatives
• Act as the key liaison between investment counselors, relationship managers, traders, operations, and support functions
• Work closely with regional and global stakeholders on product implementation and strategic initiatives
• Support Front Office on product-related queries, operational issues, and execution processes
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, automation, and client execution experience
• Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, and platform migration projects
• Drive process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability across the investment platform
• Support preparation of product materials, internal presentations, and management reporting
• Monitor market developments and assist with rollout of new investment solutions and platform capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience within Private Banking Product Management, Investment Execution, Product Control, or Wealth Management Operations
• Strong understanding of multi-asset investment products, including Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Equities, and Funds
• Experience managing product execution workflows and investment platform processes within private banking
• Good understanding of product governance, suitability, operational controls, and regulatory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to work across front-to-back functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
