Responsibilities

• Support client Credit Risk system which is using Murex MLC and to look through all the change requests/ projects/ bug fix (whichever is applicable) from initiation to sign-off:
• Gather, analyze, and document user's requirements
• Prepare, execute, and validate SIT test scenario
• Review user's UAT test requirement, execute and support UAT
• You are expected to work closely and communicate effectively and independently with developers, business users, and external vendors

Requirement

• Should have strong experience in Murex MxMl
• Should have experience in Swift ISO20022.
• Good to have experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Experience in providing third-level support to the production support team
