Job description

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage end-to-end trade matching, allocation and clearing activities across various APAC Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) markets, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing.

·       Monitor and escalate trading errors, missing allocations and unaccepted trades between internal teams and third-party clearing brokers.

·       ManageT+1 exceptions, including suspense account monitoring, client queries and timely resolution of outstanding issues.

·       Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and ensure effective risk monitoring and operational control.

·       Investigate system issues, coordinate IT outage escalations and perform root cause analysis to minimize client impact and prevent recurring issues.

·       Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementations and weekend exchange testing, while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
