Job Responsibilities:
· Perform vendor KYC and due diligence by collecting, verifying, and validating onboarding documentation, including business registration, corporate structure, director identification, and bank account details, while conducting sanctions screening, AML checks, and risk assessments.
· Maintain accurate vendor records and compliance documentation within the internal KYC system, ensuring timely updates of verification status and supporting documents.
· Conduct periodic and annual KYC reviews for existing vendors, maintaining complete, audit-ready compliance records in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
· Provide office administration support, including reception duties, procurement of office supplies, coordination of IT and facilities maintenance, and travel and accommodation arrangements for business visitors.
· Support general administrative operations, including expense claims, mail handling, document management, records filing, and coordination of corporate events.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
