The Job:

• Operational Leadership
• Overseeing full operational performance across multiple country sites
• Ensure alignment of production, supply chain, quality and logistics with regional strategy
• Lead end-to-end factory relocation program, including planning, execution and stabilization
• Process Improvement and Lean Initiatives
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes
• Oversea production scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards

Requirements:

• At least 10-12 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry
