Machine & Tooling Setup: Set up multi-cavity, high-precision molds, core pulls, complexsliders, and auxiliary equipment.

· Process Optimization: Program andfine-tune critical parameters (multi-stage injection speeds, hold pressures,melt temperatures, and cycle times) for high-performance resins (e.g., PEEK,LCP, PPS, PEI).

· Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnoseand rectify technical molding defects such as micro-flash, gas burns, voids,sink marks, and warping to minimize downtime and scrap rates.

Requirements:

§ NITEC in Engineering discipline or its equivalent with minimum 1 years’ experience in plastic injection molding environment
