📍 Location: Orchard
💰 Salary: Up to $2,800 Basic + Attractive Incentives
🕒 5-Day Work Week | 44 Hours Weekly
📅 Working Days: Wednesday – Sunday
✨ Fixed Off Days: Monday & Tuesday

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional fragrance consultations and personalised product recommendations to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
• Educate customers on fragrance notes, product usage, and brand storytelling
• Maintain high standards of grooming, visual merchandising, and brand presentation
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and tester maintenance
• Support promotional campaigns, launches, and in-store events
• Ensure the counter area remains clean, organised, and aligned with luxury retail standards

🔹 Job Requirements

• Prior experience in retail fragrance sales is highly preferred
• Experience within the luxury beauty, skincare, or niche fragrance segment will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Well-groomed, polished, and confident in presenting a premium luxury brand image
• Sales-driven and comfortable engaging customers proactively
• Able to work retail hours including weekends
