Job Summary

Join Arthesdam Jewellery as a Retail Sales Executive to promote fine jewellery sales, deliver excellent customer service, and support retail operations in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by explaining fine jewellery features to promote sales and achieve targets
• Deliver attentive customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately to ensure smooth retail operations
• Adapt to a five-day work week with flexible shift patterns to meet business needs
• Demonstrate commitment and drive to pursue career progression opportunities in retail sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Maintain a positive learning and working attitude to adapt to training and development opportunities
• Use effective communication and presentation skills to engage customers and support sales efforts
• Apply proficiency in English and an additional language to communicate with a multilingual customer base, enhancing service quality
• No prior experience required
