Office Manager (Engineering / EPC Industry)

Location: Singapore

About the Company

Our client is an established Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) company delivering engineering, project management and technical solutions across the energy, industrial and infrastructure sectors in Asia. The company is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office operations and provide HR and executive support to its regional leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Singapore office.

  • Manage office facilities, procurement, vendors and service providers.

  • Develop and improve office policies and administrative procedures.

  • Liaise with landlords, government agencies and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate company meetings, events and visitor arrangements.

HR Administration

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee records and offboarding.

  • Manage payroll coordination, CPF, leave administration and HR documentation.

  • Handle Employment Pass, S Pass and other work pass applications.

  • Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

  • Support employee engagement and training initiatives.

Executive & Expatriate Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.

  • Coordinate business travel, visas, accommodation and meeting arrangements.

  • Manage expatriate relocation, accommodation and work pass administration.

  • Support project mobilisation and onboarding of regional employees.

  • Prepare reports, presentations and business correspondence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years' experience in Office Management, HR Administration or Executive Administration, preferably within Engineering, EPC, Construction, Energy or Industrial sectors.

  • Familiar with payroll coordination, CPF, work passes and Singapore employment regulations.

  • Experience supporting expatriates, travel coordination and regional offices will be an advantage.

  • Independent, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking headquarters and stakeholders.
