Job description

The Opportunity:

  • Opportunity to work in a MNC Shipping & Logistics Company
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Nearest MRT: Changi Airport
  • 1 year contract
  • Salary: Up to $3,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer invoicing, billing, and monthly reports accurately and on time
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve billing or rate disputes
  • Ensure timely processing of jobs and billing within deadlines
  • Support daily export billing operations and assist the manager when needed
  • Perform administrative tasks and guide junior staff to maintain smooth workflow

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Excel and computer skills with good numerical ability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualification with some work experience (experience in Transport & Logistics is a plus)
