Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead and manage cleaning operations by overseeing site supervisors and workers, preparing schedules and reports, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating site inspections to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate cleaning operations to maintain high service standards
  • Attend site inspections and meetings to assess and address operational needs
  • Prepare detailed work schedules and make necessary arrangements to optimize workforce deployment
  • Identify potential site issues proactively and troubleshoot problems to minimize disruptions
  • Compile and submit various operational reports to support management decisions
  • Manage and guide site supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards
  • Execute other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of department to support business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Class 3 driving license to support site mobility and operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in the cleaning industry to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Demonstrate responsibility and initiative in managing tasks and team members
  • Communicate effectively to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adapt quickly to rapid changes in work conditions and operational demands
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and quality completion
