Job Description & Requirements

We are offering the job opportunity of Operations Executive and this fulfilling job offers you not only the opportunity to have immersive experience with entrepreneurs and startups in their innovation journeys but also enables you to develop new technical knowledge, expand your industry network and gain deep insights into venture creation and specific industries.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Ensure smooth and high-standard daily operations of the co-working space by taking care of conduceive environment, facilities, resources, logistics, IT systems, venue booking and client relationships, etc.

2. Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to management team and assist to optimize the company’s processes.

3. Facilitate the use of technology, electronic tools and devices.

4. Provide assistance in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed.

5. Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities to ensure working level's compliance to organisational and regulatory requirements.

6. Ensure that complaints from customers are resolved effectively.

7. Communicate with executives and upper management regularly to ensure daily functions of the co-working space.

8. Work with internal and external stakeholders to organize webinars, events, roadshows, exhibitions, delegation visits and publicities from end to end, including but not limited to programme planning, budgeting, executing and post event reporting.

9. Manage and maintain the company’s digital media platforms, including social media accounts, website content updates, e-newsletters, and online publicity materials.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Minimumly diploma is needed.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome. Ideally 1-3 years of working experience in similar role, and prior experience in a technology commercialization and/or tech company would be advantageous.

3. Fast learner and able to appreciate and analyze a broad range of topics beyond one’s field of education and experience, and with curiosity in emerging fields and technology trends.

4. Able to appreciate and understand new technologies, cultivate networks and build alliances with strategic partners.

5. Being social media savvy and able to create attractive publicity content for the company's branding and marketing purposes;

6. Excellent communication skills and bilingual in English and Mandarin are must-haves.

7. Skilful in monitoring expenses, preparing reports, and bringing efficiency to business operations.

8. Highly adaptive attitude and strong self-motivation with entrepreneurial spirit are most welcome.
