Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Medical Aesthetics
• Position Title: Operations Manager
• Working Location: East
• Working Hours: 5 days Monday – Saturday 10am-8pm (1 day off rotational shift; off on Sundays and Public Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and good patient experience.
• Manage staff scheduling, treatment room setup, equipment maintenance, and daily operations.
• Ensure good customer service and efficient clinic operations.
• Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor patient appointments, treatments, follow-ups, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with clinic regulations, safety, and hygiene standards.
