We are looking for a competent and experienced Operations, Safety & IT Manager to oversee the company's daily operations, workplace safety compliance, IT infrastructure and administrative management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining workplace safety standards in accordance with Singapore regulations, and implementing effective IT and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee and manage daily business operations and project activities.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, site operations and project scheduling.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and operational costs.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Manage operational documentation, reports, quotations and work schedules.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

2. Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Management

• Implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM, WSH Act and applicable construction safety regulations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor workers' PPE requirements and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate with safety officers, auditors, clients and relevant authorities.

3. IT & Systems Management

• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, computers, networks and software systems.
• Manage IT troubleshooting, system maintenance and user access.
• Monitor data security, backups and IT-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Implement digital systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
• Provide IT support to office administration and site operations.

4. Administrative & Compliance Management

• Supervise administrative and operational support activities.
• Maintain company records, licences, certifications and compliance documents.
• Monitor employee attendance, manpower records and timesheets.
• Coordinate with management on business performance and operational reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation for MOM, WSH and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, IT, Workplace Safety & Health or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, marine or industrial operations.
• Relevant Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certification, such as WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or equivalent.
• MOM-recognised WSH qualifications and registration will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, WSH Act and construction site safety requirements.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, computer systems and software management.
• Good understanding of project coordination, manpower management and operational planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing construction or marine-related projects.
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment, Safety Management Systems and bizSAFE requirements.
• Experience in IT infrastructure management and cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to prepare management reports, operational records and compliance documentation.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities, clients, contractors and auditors.
