Role: Operations Trainee

Job Summary

The Operations Trainee will undergo on-the-job training across various operational functions of the company. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in order fulfillment, purchasing, seminar preparation, inventory coordination, and general administrative support. The trainee will work closely with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Order Fulfillment

·       Purchasing &Procurement

·       Seminar & Event Preparation

·       Inventory & Warehouse Support

·       Administrative Support

·       Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

·      Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

·      Good spoken and written English communication skills.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

·      Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.

·      Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

·      Willing to learn and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Other Information

·      5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

·      Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

·      Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,000 per month (CPF provided)

·      Work location: Bugis, Singapore

·      Immediate commencement preferred
