Organisation Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Betting Sales: Efficiently operate the Terminal (TIM) to process customer transactions for 4D, TOTO, Singapore Sweep, and Sports/Tote betting.
• Prize Claims Handling: Accurately verify and process prize claims for valid winning tickets in a prompt and secure manner.
• Customer Service: Manage counter queues effectively, answer general betting enquiries, and resolve basic customer issues politely.
• Cash Management: Handle all cash transactions securely and accurately to ensure zero discrepancies at the end of your shift.
• Housekeeping: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall orderliness of the sales counter, standalone betting booths, and surrounding areas.
