Our client, a Japanese MNC in the business of imaging, electronics and healthcare, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of order fulfilment, from order receipt through to shipment and delivery.
  • Process and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents accurately
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely fulfilment in accordance with customer requirements and service timelines; Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate export shipments with warehouses, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices and packing lists, to ensure compliance with export and customs requirements.
  • Resolve any order fulfilment issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate operational records to support billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and external partners to ensure efficient order execution and support supply and demand planning.
  • Generate and maintain reports as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant supply chain/ shipping/ logistics experience
  • Proficient in SAP is preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Incoterms will be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal skills
